No toilets at Malamulele high school, HRC must investigate

DA Limpopo Provincial Leader

Today the DA Provincial Leader, Jacques Smalle (MPL), will be laying a charge with South African Human Rights Commission (HRC) against the Department of Education for failing to provide proper toilets, water and sanitation for Malamulele High School learners.

In 2011, the department has announced that they will build a-state-of-art school to the tune between R20 to 40 million but nothing has happened. The learners are relieving themselves in the bushes during school hours which put their lives in danger.
