Older people remain the pillars of our society and continues to contribute to our way of life, our economy and our upbringing as a nation. Our Constitution reaffirms the values of human dignity, equality and freedom, it is these set of attributes that is past on to future generations which continues to form the basis of a society based on respect, opportunity, fairness and freedom.
As young citizens it is our responsibility to uphold our gift we inherent from our fathers and mothers and help build our young democracy.
